Visited this place for a V-Day dinner for the first time. Huge place, with different areas of seating depending on your vibes. Where we sat was a bit dull compared to the inner more energetic environment. We ordered drinks, one starter (not pictured here) that was shared between 2 and two main dishes which we could not finish as the portions were huge. The drinks were absolutely great but the taste of food could have been a little better. The portions felt bulky and a bit under seasoned but maybe that’s just my Indian tastebuds All in all a good place to visit with a bunch of friends or your SO. We were first asked to pay cash (saying that the card machine was out of order), but when the staff saw us struggling to get cash (we were not carrying any), they said that the card machine was working.
We enjoyed our dinner here. The atmosphere is really lovely and staff were very friendly. The food is good value fir money and lots to choose from. The variety of cocktails is great.
We organized here a surprise birthday dinner. We were allowed to bring our own decoration and cake. Food was good. The waiter was very friendly. They have a parking. They play all the time music. Food was also good. I had the tapas and was more the enough for me.
Cu Bana Darmstadt It is a few years since my last visit Cu Bana the Cuban themed cocktail bar / Restaurant in down town Darmstadt. We visited Sunday after church the interior is decorated in the style of a bar in down town Havana, one wall is full of photos of one Fidel Alejandro Castro Ruz the Cuban president , the restaurant is split in two rooms the one at back was open to the sunshine with its by-folding doors. It was back to the diet tonight so the choice was a salad I decided on a "colourful salad" with tuna, the tuna was very plenty full and the salad was colourful carrot spring onion lettuce tomato egg cheese and not forgetting the cucumber plus dressing. The service our waitress gave was good. This is the best Cuban restaurant I have been to, it is the only one but it is well worth a visit and I will return.
Very nice, professional and atmospheric place to be. I was here already 5 times during this Year due to the fact that they provide by fare the best Cocktails in Darmstadt and the wider Area. Food is also good, but not the main reason to get here from my point of view. It's not super cheap, but the waiters are very friendly, professional and you don't have to wait long for the ordering or the delivery overall. Best Bar in Darmstadt for sure in terms of quality!
